Tic Tac Toe Game Rules Tic Tac Toe is a game that most people will have played in their childhood at some point. It is also known as noughts and crosses and it is a simple two player game. Only pencil and paper is needed to play Tic Tac Toe. You start by drawing a 3by3 lined Grid which should produce 9 identical squares. One player chooses to be "O" and the other "X" hence the name noughts and crosses. The first player to get 3 of their Os or Xs in a row will be declared victorious. The row of 3 can be vertical, horizontal or even diagonal. A game between two experienced Tic Tac Toe players will often end in a draw. If either player makes a mistake though it will most likely cost them the game. There is also an advantage to whoever makes the first move as statistically speaking they will win about twice as often. Tic Tac Toe is really a fun simple game with easy to learn rules.
